The Clinical Trials Unit (CTU), the Institute of Immunobiology and the clinical research laboratories represent the Medical Research Centre (MRC) at the Kantonsspital St.Gallen. We facilitate exchange between clinical and experimental research and provide the infrastructure for the wide range of research projects at the Kantonsspital St.Gallen. The principle investigators of the Institute of Immunobiology conduct research projects and maintain the modern infrastructure of the MRC for experimental research. The Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) provides a wide range of services that are available to researchers for the realization of their clinical research projects.
